The seventh of the ongoing collectible series, this souvenir sheet features the 2011 national Art of Conservation® Stamp Award artwork of 7th grader Justas Varpucanskis of Illinois. Funds raised from the sale of Art of Conservation® stamps are used to support the State-Fish Art Program, children’s outdoor education and aquatic conservation.
