Open Position: Project Coordinator

Wildlife Forever, a national nonprofit conservation organization, is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to help manage, develop, and implement various conservation projects. The primary role will be assisting the Program Manager and national Clean Drain Dry invasive species public service and awareness campaign.

This in-person position, located in White Bear Lake, MN is ideal for an assertive, motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You'll need to be able to work well both independently and with a team. The role also requires periodic travel.

 What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple projects at once and ensure all timelines are met.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Manage project budgets.

  • Use your knowledge of natural resources to assist with project management.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven background in sales, marketing, or project management.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with and knowledge of natural resources.

  • Desire to be challenged and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Project Management, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or Business.

  • Grant writing and development of funding proposals.

  • An interest in natural resources and knowledge of invasive species.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience: Range $47,000 to $50,000 annually
