Open Position: R3 Conservation Marketing Coordinator
Wildlife Forever is seeking an experienced outreach and marketing professional to assist with implementation and development of conservation programs. Key focus will be implementing the Getting Families Fishing & Boating Initiative™ and Art of Conservation® branded programs in coordination with state, federal, industry and non-profit organizations. Position will assist in delivery of recruitment, retention, and reactivation (R3) projects.
Duties:
· Manage and expand Fish and Bird youth art contests and state-hosted networks
· Assist in management, coordination and delivery of Getting Families Fishing & Boating Program
· Lead national committees and working groups to advance programs
· Utilize spreadsheets and database management systems to track program participation
· Facilitate and lead national committees and working groups
· Create and present program updates and reports
· Facilitate indoor and outdoor public outreach events
· Build partnerships with key stakeholders and new audience
Mandatory Qualifications:
· Experience with fishing, boating, hunting, and conservation principles
· Highly organized & self-driven
· Database management experience
· Established knowledge of Recruitment, Retention, and Reactivation (R3)
· Committee Leadership
· Robust knowledge of MS Office programs
· Proven success in remote work environment
Desired Qualifications: Graphic & Web Design, Social Media
Position Details:
· 100% Remote: 40hr/week: Annual contract based on experience
