Open Position: Conservation Program Coordinator

Wildlife Forever is seeking an experienced project coordinator to assist with managing a diverse array of conservation programs. Key focus will be supporting the national Clean Drain Dry invasive species public awareness campaign. Significant focus will be coordinating marketing and outreach services with state, federal, industry and non-profit organizations. Position will also assist and support WF staff duties as needed.

Duties:

‍ ‍‍·         Assist to manage and expand relationships

‍ ‍·         Manage and coordinate outreach products, sales, and distribution

‍ ‍·         Public speaking to lead national committees and working groups

‍ ‍·        Grant management, application, and project reporting

‍ ‍·         Facilitate and lead national committees and working groups

‍ ‍·        Development of project proposals

‍·         Build partnerships with key stakeholders and new audience

‍ ‍Mandatory Qualifications:

‍ ‍‍·         Experience with invasive species, outdoor and conservation principles

‍ ‍·         Highly organized & self-driven

‍ ‍·         Database management experience

‍ ‍·         ‍Committee Leadership

‍ ‍·         Robust knowledge of MS Office programs

‍Desired Qualifications: Graphic & Web Design, Social Media, Google Analytics
