The Richard M. Hart Educator of the Year Endowment supports the Wildlife Forever and Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center, Annual Educator of the Year Award. This award honors educators from across the nation who inspire youth to participate in The Art of Conservation Fish Art Contest. It was Mr. Hart’s belief that educators are the key to encourage and teach youth about fishing and conservation education.
