An innovative, self-guided interpretive trail at the Tsinia Wildlife Viewing Area in Alabama’s Tuskegee National Forest provides an opportunity for the public and students to learn about wildlife, habitat, and their importance to the ecosystem. Brochures, maps, and signs guide visitors through the trail –educating and informing them about the interrelationships of a whole spectrum of wildlife, habitats, and their importance. A variety of wildlife is represented at the Viewing Area, including songbirds, waterfowl, deer, and beaver. Wildlife Forever and the U.S. Forest Service have contributed to this project.
