What are invasive species?
Invasive species are plants, animals, fish and insects from other parts of the world that have found a home in the United States. These foreign species have no natural preditors in America and so they multiply easily and quickly. As they do, they destroy habitat and consume the resources our native species rely upon.
The Threat Campaign
The public is the first line of defense in stopping the spread of invasive species on land and in the water. Wildlife Forever's Threat Campaign is an efficient and effective public awareness and education outreach effort designed to enlist the support of the public and encourage them to take action. Presented below are examples and annual reports of the Threat Campaign.
