Great Things Happen When You

Recycle Your Cell Phone

        • get yourself a tax deduction,
        • prevent toxic waste
        • support conservation and
        • help battered women's shelters.

All four of those are possible when you recycle your old cell phones with Wildlife Forever.

Donate your phone to Wildlife Forever and you'll get a tax deduction for whatever you think your phone is worth (IRS says you must determine the value).

Cell phones contain plenty of toxic materials. Should they end up in the waste stream, those toxic materials can leach into the soil or the water.

Wildlife Forever receives a cash payment for each phone we recycle.

Where do the phone go? The phones are refurbished and either donated to battered women's shelters or they are distributed to third world countries where land lines are not available but cells are. Those that can't be refurbished are disassembled and properly disposed of.

So if you're one of those with an old cell phone in the drawer, then drop off or mail your phone(s) to Wildlife Forever. Attach a note with your name, mailing address and cell phone model and we'll shoot you a receipt for tax purposes.

Even better, if you're one who works in a large company/building here in the Twin Cities, we can provide you with a drop box for cell phones. Once full, we'll make arrangements to pick it up and replace it with an empty one.

Remember, we're all in this together.   Thanks for your help.
